with certain federal agencies records required of sport fishing guides;

Page 1, line 2, following "guides;":                                                                                          
     Insert "providing for an effective date by delaying the effective                                                        
date of repeal of the authority of the Commercial Fisheries Entry                                                             
Commission to maintain the vessel-based commercial fisheries                                                                  
limited entry systems for the Bering Sea Korean hair crab and                                                                 
weathervane scallop fisheries, and the effective date of conforming                                                           
amendments related to the repeal of those systems;"                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
Page 3, following line 12:                                                                                                      
     Insert a new bill section to read:                                                                                         
"* Sec. 2. Section 28, ch. 137, SLA 2002, is amended to read:                                                                 
                   Sec. 28. Sections 5, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 21, 23, and 27                                                      
          of this Act take effect December 30, 2013 [2008]."
